Terms

A bill check, not an electrical inspection.

These terms describe the limits of Solar Bill Check Australia and the optional one-time full report.

Effective 13 September 2026

Purpose

Solar Bill Check compares figures you confirm and provides plain-English guidance. It cannot inspect your roof, wiring, inverter, battery, meter, tariff, or household consumption. A result may be incomplete or incorrect if the entered information is incomplete or incorrect.

Safety boundary

Do not use Solar Bill Check to decide that electrical equipment is safe. Never open equipment, access a roof, disconnect wiring, or perform regulated electrical work based on the app. Use a licensed professional for inspection, repair, and safety decisions.

Free and paid features

The basic result, confidence label, safety guidance, and safe next step are free. The optional full report unlocks detailed bill energy flow, the evidence trail, and a shareable full summary for one set of confirmed figures. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Saved reports and recovery

Confirmed figures and completed reports are saved on this device. Starting a new check keeps saved reports. Deleting the app removes those records. Use Share full report to keep a copy. The full report is a consumable purchase; completed purchases are not transferable through Restore to another device or a new installation. Restore interrupted purchase retries unfinished delivery for the original report.

Payments

Apple processes the purchase and displays the final price before confirmation. Apple’s refund and billing processes apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

No service-provider endorsement

The current app does not rank, book, or endorse repair providers. Contact your original installer first when appropriate, or independently choose a suitably licensed professional.

Apple terms

Your App Store licence is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Questions about these terms can be sent to jayfan1213@gmail.com.
